Reno Thoß has worked for the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Bavaria in the emergency services department since 1999. He is regional manager and heads the 116117 emergency control center in Munich and is responsible for the Bavarian appointment service center.

He is both strategically and operationally active in his area of responsibility. Among other things, he is an expert for the initial assessment in the 116117 area as well as for numerous content-related topics in this area.
