Radu Lupoaie is the Keysight 6G Program Lead in Europe. He is responsible for connecting industry and academia with Keysight's test and measurement expertise in B5G and 6G applications. He has 14 years of industry experience in cellular modem commercialization and test & measurement. Radu earned his engineering degrees from the University POLITEHNICA Bucharest and RWTH Aachen and his MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Radu believes that mobile connectivity will continue to improve lives and transform industries, and that international cooperation and standards are key to this.
