Pauline Nöldemann studied business informatics on a dual study program and then gained several years of professional experience in IT consulting in Frankfurt. For her Master's degree in International Business Informatics, she moved to the Friedrich-Alexander University in Nuremberg - and it was precisely this time that she used to build up something that was really close to her heart.
At the beginning of 2024, she founded viatolea, an app that helps people to identify intolerances and treat them in the long term. Today, the app is certified as a medical device and is offered jointly with several major German health insurance companies. Their policyholders can use viatolea free of charge - and the insurance companies also benefit, both economically and structurally.
