Oliver Rolofs is founder and managing partner of the Munich-based communications and strategy consultancy COMMVISORY with a focus on public affairs and strategic communications in the areas of geopolitics and geoeconomics, security and defense, and technological sovereignty, among others.

Previously, he worked as a spokesperson for the global consulting firm Roland Berger and before that as head of communications and spokesperson for the Munich Security Conference, where he also set up the cyber security and energy security programs.

He is also Director of the Austrian Institute for Strategic Studies and International Cooperation (AISSIC) in Vienna, co-founder of the annual Munich Cyber Security Conference (MCSC), regularly moderates events, publishes on geostrategic issues and works as a senior advisor for various companies in Austria and abroad.
