Michael Rothe is the group leader for Embedded AI and coordinates the Strategic Initiative Neuromorphic Computing at the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS in Erlangen. The focus of his team is on developing energy-efficient and low-latency neuromorphic AI accelerators and transferring them into Edge AI applications.
