Martin Karkour began his career in the German Armed Forces in 2000 and served as a career and staff officer in Germany with deployments in the USA and Afghanistan until the end of 2014. He holds a degree in Business Administration, an Executive MBA and a degree in Human Sciences. Martin has many years of experience and a proven track record in technology and digital consulting. He previously held various management positions at Capgemini and Capgemini Invent, most recently as Head of Aerospace & Defense at Capgemini Deutschland GmbH.

Martin Karkour joined Quantum Systems in February 2025 as CSO (Chief Sales Officer). His focus is on achieving measurable business results through customer-centric strategies and value leadership.
