Marina Iftner has been a project manager in the area of health at Bayern Innovativ GmbH since 2023.
She is the project manager for Bayern Innovativ's ""Pflegepraxiszentrum Nürnberg"" project, which deals with the implementation of technologies in the care sector. In this role, her responsibilities include knowledge transfer, public relations and event management. She holds a Master's degree in Medical Process Management from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor's degree in Social Management.
Her previous work as a nurse in the emergency department has enabled her to combine practical experience with expertise in agile and traditional project management, supported by her certification as a Professional Scrum Master I.
