Leni Rohleder joined the Rohleder family business in 2021 and is responsible for sustainability, marketing and strategic corporate development. In her role, she combines tradition with the future - with the aim of making the company, which was founded in 1946, competitive in the long term.
Her focus is on the future direction of the company: she works intensively on the strategic positioning of the brand and product range, identifies new business areas and actively shapes transformation processes. Questions such as "What does the market expect tomorrow?" or "What role can and does Rohleder want to play in a changing industry?" are at the heart of her work.
In addition to the development and implementation of communication and sustainability strategies, she drives forward topics such as digitalization, process optimization and innovation promotion - always with a view to the special features of a medium-sized production company with a high level of vertical integration.
With the Rohleder Home Collection launched in 2018, which she helped shape in terms of content and design, she has created a direct mouthpiece for design-savvy end customers and positioned the company in the consumer goods market as a brand with attitude, quality and aesthetic standards.
