Laura Sipple completed her Bachelor's degree in "European Studies" at the University of Passau and her Master's degree in "Democracy Studies" at the University of Regensburg. In addition to working in the field of start-up support, public affairs and the Bavarian State Parliament, she was a working student in the field of governmental affairs for a research-based pharmaceutical and biotechnology company during her master's degree. At Bayern Innovativ, she is project manager for digital health and has been leading the Health Care BY Your Side project since June 2025, with the aim of integrating digital applications in a patient-oriented manner and without additional burden for service providers and improving the digital health literacy of the population.
