Lara Kronester completed her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Care Management. She then completed her Master's degree in Health Management and Economics at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg.

During her studies, she gained a wide range of professional experience in the pharmaceutical (market research), medical technology and food industries. She also worked as a student trainee at the Institute for Labor Market and Occupational Research with a focus on occupational health management.

In October 2023, Lara Kronester began working as a student trainee in the field of health at Bayern Innovativ. She has been working there as a project manager since December 2024 and mainly deals with digital health topics.
