As an experienced project manager with a focus on digitalization in the healthcare sector, she combines strategic planning with agile implementation with the aim of creating innovative solutions with long-term added value.

For over 10 years, she was responsible for the product management of pharmaceuticals, medical and OTC products as well as the conception and introduction of digital measures for professionals and laypersons in the pharmaceutical industry. As a start-up coach in the university context, she accompanied the development and spin-off of forward-looking projects and business ideas for several years.

Since 2024, she has been Senior Project Manager for Digitalization at the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Bavaria (KVB). There she leads the development of the KVB ePraxis - a showroom on the topic of digitalization in medical practices - and shapes the expansion of the digital competence area; she is also self-employed as a trainer for innovation management and a trained business mediator.
