On April 1, 2025, Jens Abromeit assumed the position of Chairman of the Management Board of DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung.

In this role, he is responsible for cross-business functions and customer relations. His areas of responsibility include Business Development and Communications, Capacity Management, IT, the construction of the new Cottbus facility, and Sales of DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung.

Previously, Jens Abromeit served as a member of the Executive Board of the Arriva Group and as Managing Director of Arriva UK Bus Holding Ltd.

A qualified graduate engineer, he brings more than 30 years of operational leadership experience in managing medium-sized companies as well as business units of international publicly listed corporations. His industry expertise spans the automotive and vehicle manufacturing sectors, yacht building, as well as the lighting and electronics industries.
