Frank Schnicke is head of the Digital Twin Engineering department at the Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering. The department he leads focuses on providing scalable solutions for administration shells that can be used in mission-critical areas as well as in AAS data spaces. He is also Project Lead of Eclipse BaSyx and Eclipse AAS4J, which enable easy and sustainable implementation of asset administration shell-based use cases.
