Florian Ganz studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich from 1990 to 1996, specializing in design and development.

He has been working at enders GmbH since 1996, developing products and manufacturing processes in various functions. As managing partner, he is currently responsible for the implementation of innovative AM manufacturing technologies, among other things. Mr. Ganz is also very interested in collaborating with companies from the AM start-up scene.

He has been a member of the board of the Mechatronics and Automation Cluster since 2019. His focus is on representing SMEs and promoting AM activities in the network.
