Christina Hack studied materials science at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, where she completed her doctorate in the field of semiconductor technology on thin-film solar cells.

After switching to the automotive industry, she initially worked for a smaller automotive supplier in the areas of development, product management and sales from 2003. In 2010, Dr. Hack moved to the family-owned company Brose, where she took over as Head of Materials Technology. Two years later, she was entrusted with the development and management of group-wide pre-development activities.
