Chris Neuburger studied at the Technical University of Munich and graduated in 1999 under Professor Hannelore Deubzer. During his studies and after graduating, he worked with Jan Bohnert on his first projects and competitions. At the same time, he recorded records with the band Slut, toured Europe and wrote theater music. After winning a competition, he founded the firm nbundm* Architekten in Munich and Ingolstadt with Jan and Anick Bohnert in 2005. In 2011, he became a member of the BDA, and two years later was elected to the board of the BDA Munich District Association. From 2012 to 2024, he headed the Ingolstadt Architecture Forum and was second chairman of the local art association. Between 2012 and 2016, he held a teaching position at the Technical University of Nuremberg and is a guest critic, lecturer and juror in award juries.
