With a degree in Transportation Design from Munich University of Applied Sciences and over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry (BMW, Ford, Forvia). With a clear stance on responsible design, she develops CMF strategies that are robust, emotional and forward-looking.

Carolin has received numerous awards, including the Corporate Influencer Award 2025 and the Red Dot Award 2022 & 2023. As a corporate influencer, she makes design processes visible and advocates for the visibility of women in tech and design.
