The aluminum die casting foundry was built in the mid-1990s in accordance with the latest environmental and production technology aspects. Since 1996 a process of holistic quality improvement "Vaillant Excellence" has been running. The aim is to provide customers with Vaillant products and services of the highest quality. In 1999 Vaillant won the German Quality Award and was a finalist in the EQA (European Quality Award).
