On 01.01.1973, the company TSK was founded as a sole proprietorship e.K. and was transformed into TSK in 1995. The starting point was the acquisition of all German DEVALIT plants by legally independent companies under the umbrella of TSK Vertriebsgesellschaft GmbH & Co. KG (TSK for short). Objectives of the company TSK:
