Thermorent

The company thermorent Wärmeversorgung GmbH was founded in 1984 and is based in Wendelstein, south of Nuremberg. Since then, thermorent offers contracting solutions, especially for residential construction. thermorent is predominantly active in the greater Nuremberg, Fürth and Erlangen area, where it supplies over 200 properties with between 30 and 5,000 kW of connected load with heat and hot water. The technical support of the plants takes place via our subsidiary thermorent Heizungsservice GmbH. A 24h-interruption service guarantees here a safe supply of the objects at each time. Both the current enterprise such as maintenance, repair and disturbance service and the reorganization and the new installation of heating centers are accomplished by own personnel. thermorent is a member of the Federal Association of Private Energy Contracting Companies (http://www.pecu.de)

Through thermorent you can also obtain heat as easily as electricity from the "socket". thermorent takes over the heating system, whether old or new, gas or oil, in the existing condition without connection or takeover costs into the complete care and operates, on behalf of the owner, the heating system of a building.
