Since its foundation in 1991, JOSTA has been involved in the development and series production of automated storage and transport aids for all areas of application, but with the focus on the automotive industry. Production takes place mainly in the Czech Republic and China. This choice of location enables us to offer our customers very attractive prices. Our plants in the Czech Republic include our own laser operation as well as powdering plant, assembly plant, central warehouse and administrative office, which you can contact at any time with your request to our German employees on site. The material supply and production monitoring of our subcontractors, the surface treatment as well as the final assembly, quality control and shipping are also carried out from there. JOSTA and its associated companies are ISO 9001 certified. Production is generally made to order, based on customer-specific specifications. In order to meet the progressive handling automation, Josta develops and produces clinker systems for non-contact and automatic stacking of complex and delicate components. For developments without physical parts, we work out the designs with various CAD programs after agreed data exchange and signing of the confidentiality agreement. Profile
The main field of activity of the company Josta is the production of transport racks for the automotive industry. Through our production facilities in the Czech Republic and China, we can offer our customers a very good price-performance ratio. In our production facilities in the Czech Republic, we also make a lot of steel components, e.g. laser cutting, edging and coating.
