For marking flat glass for the thin-film modules, InSystems has developed a laser marking table on which serial numbers are lasered onto the elements as data matrix codes

The marking creates the prerequisite for tracking and seamless quality monitoring. For MES configuration and system integration, InSystems works with Prediktor. APIS Click & Trace from Prediktor is a globally successful MES software and specially adapted to photovoltaic production processes.  The modular software modules record all machine states and process data in near real time, evaluate them and thus help to continuously improve production. InSystems Automation has already equipped a great many photovoltaic production machines with MES interfaces.
