This type of boiler with complete lining is characterized by its high efficiency, robust workmanship, best flue gas values and easy handling. The combustion is regulated by means of a lambda probe. The supply of the firing material takes place  - as with the RHK series - with the proven HEIZOMAT discharge technology. The application area of the HSK series is mostly where wood chips, sawdust, wood shavings or even pellets are available. The control of the plant is done by the proven Triac - three-knob or touch-screen technology.

Product description RHK-AK . Due to its patented chain ash removal, it is the non plus ultra when high performance is required or difficult fuels are used. Slag-containing combustion residues as well as foreign bodies such as nails, stones, etc. are easily removed by the chain ash removal. The special shape of the combustion chamber lined with "Lavaton" enables a "rotation combustion" with a high efficiency as well as a complete burn-off of the fuel material. As with the boilers of the HSK series, a lambda probe is also used in this type of boiler. The touch screen - control allows a simple and clear control of the combustion process. Product description discharge  The HEIZOMAT articulated discharge whose robust design and perfect working results are unmatched to this day, allow any room to discharge the fuel. The discharge screw with loosening geometry ensures the problem-free transport of the heating material from the bunker to the firing system. High operational reliability is ensured by a 50 mm solid shaft on which the discharge screw is continuously welded. The core piece of each HEIZOMAT - discharge is the spur gear specially developed by us. This has a special seal, which reliably prevents the penetration of dust and dirt. The discharge is driven by a geared motor flanged to the discharge duct outside the hopper. The diamond shape of the discharge channel allows the use of different fuels with different grain sizes.
