ECKART developed a pigment product called IReflex that improves the energy efficiency of buildings by simply painting the walls.

IReflex takes advantage of the heat-reflective properties of aluminum pigments. The product is added to transparent interior wall paints by stirring it in and nuancing it to the desired shade with organic pigment concentrates.

IReflex ensures that the heating energy is no longer absorbed by the walls and ceiling, but is radiated back into the room.

At the same time, especially in poorly insulated buildings, heat loss to the outside via the walls is minimized. IReflex is therefore recommended for use in old buildings without the need for extensive structural measures.
