Was founded in the year 1992. In March 1993 after completion of the plant, production was started. Initially in the statute of a company with outside capital it is as a German-Turkish enterprise founded and later then by the Dutch enterprise DRAKA HOLDING NV taken over. Founding purpose is the manufacture of cable assembly for the automotive ancillary industry for the indoor and especially the outdoor market.
