The battery packs developed and produced by D&EP are used in civil as well as defense applications. We supply rechargeable systems in various technologies (e.g. lithium ion LiIon, nickel metal hydride NiMH) according to customer specifications as well as primary packs in lithium thionyl chloride Li/SOCl2, lithium manganese dioxide Li/MnO2, lithium sulfur dioxide Li/SO2 and lithium carbon monofluoride Li/CFx technologies. 

In the production of the battery packs, we use battery cells from our US shareholder EaglePicher Technologies LLC as well as cells from other well-known international manufacturers. We develop LiIon batteries including electronics and design up to production readiness with all mandatory certifications such as CE, ROHS, EMC, Low Voltage Directive , IEC62133, UN transport test according to UN38.3 as well as customer specific requirements such as IEC 62619 and functional safety (IEC 61508, SIL2). D&EP is certified to ISO 9100, 50001, and 14001.
