Tiefbohrbär GmbH is specialized in the execution of deep-hole drilling in various metallic and non-metallic materials. Thanks to our modern machinery and our specialized deep-hole drilling process developed over many years, we can achieve bore lengths of over 300 times the bore diameter with a surface quality of up to Ra 0.1µm. Bore diameters range from 0.5 to 250 mm with lengths of up to 6000 mm. In addition to deep hole drilling, we support our customers in the fields of medicine, mechanical engineering, energy, vacuum technology, aerospace and large-scale research projects such as fusion energy with our engineering and project management expertise, from feasibility analysis through to cost-optimized series production.
