TUM ForTe - Research Funding and Technology Transfer Technische Universität München- advises scientists professionally and comprehensively on research funding and technology transfer. The experts in national research funding provide information on funding programs of the DFG, the German federal government, the state of Bavaria, and a larger number of foundations, and support researchers in obtaining third-party funding. The experts for international research funding provide information on EU funding programs as well as other transnational funding programs, support during the application phase and advise on strategic issues. The TUM Patents and Licensing team advises scientists on the exploitation of their inventions, in particular on patent and licensing issues.
