Collectively agreed remuneration
Remuneration at Bayern Innovativ is based on the collective wage agreement of the federal states (TV-L). In addition to regular pay rises, our employees benefit from an annual special payment ("Christmas bonus") and 30 days' vacation.

Our company building is centrally located in Nuremberg on Wöhrder See. You can reach us by public transport from the main train station in just a few minutes. There are also parking spaces available in the surrounding area and parking spaces can be rented in our underground garage. Secure and covered bicycle parking spaces are also available.
Further training and a welcoming culture
We support the development of our employees through further training and seminars and make them fit for future tasks. New employees benefit from an "onboarding program" with a structured induction tailored to each individual area and across the company. An individual mentoring program rounds off the induction.
