Workshop A: First steps towards strategy and sustainability report
Goal definition and stakeholder analysis.
The focus is on the key issues along the value chain:
- What impact does the business activity have on the environment, society and the economy?
- What risks and opportunities arise from these interactions?
- What key issues can be derived from this?
Final discussion:
Based on the results obtained, we will discuss how a well-founded strategy can be developed. Questions and experiences of the participants will be integrated in order to strengthen the practical transfer.

The workshop includes an interactive analysis of the effects of a given climate scenario on a fictitious company. The focus is on examining transitory and physical risks and identifying the necessary strategic adjustments to ensure competitiveness and financial profitability in the context of sustainable transformation.
