Together with Minister of State Hubert Aiwanger, representatives of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and numerous high-ranking representatives of Bavarian chambers and associations, we are celebrating 10 years of BEEN-i!

Look forward to a day full of inspiration and exchange with impulses from leading personalities from politics and business. Experience an exchange of experiences with Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger, discussions with associations, innovative company pitches from the field and an exhibition of active network players from all over Bavaria.

Energy efficiency networks as a model for success

With over 81 networks and more than 700 participating companies, BEEN-i is an impressive success story for promoting competitiveness, energy efficiency and value creation in Bavaria.
Since 2015, the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, together with leading business organizations and leading industry associations, has been supporting companies in organizing themselves in networks - according to the principle of "helping people to help themselves". The initiative shows how entrepreneurial self-responsibility and joint exchange deliver measurable results - for greater energy efficiency, added value and sustainability. With our BEEN-i initiative, we also support the nationwide "Energy Efficiency and Climate Protection Networks Initiative".

This year, we can look back on ten successful years of the BEEN-i initiative. As part of a festive event with the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria, we are honoring the successes of the last decade. The focus will be on the role of networks for the competitiveness of companies, impressive examples of best practice from the field and current energy and economic policy perspectives for Bavaria and beyond.
