The three-part online series in cooperation with the Sensor Technology Cluster was aimed at companies in the semiconductor and sensor technology sector in Bavaria. The aim was to strengthen the transfer of knowledge from companies to universities, to make their own specialist expertise visible, thereby increasing their attractiveness as an employer and to attract young talent through targeted cooperation with universities in teaching formats.

Module 1: Visibility and impact - why teaching assignments are strategically valuable

Target group: (Potential) lecturers, marketing, HR, recruiting, management

In the first module, best practices from companies and universities were presented. Participants gained insights into the benefits for recruiting, employer branding, and network building. This was followed by a Q&A session with lecturers, HR professionals, and university representatives.
