The three-part online series in cooperation with the Sensor Technology Cluster is aimed at companies in the semiconductor and sensor technology sector in Bavaria. The aim is to strengthen the transfer of knowledge from companies to universities, to make their own specialist expertise visible, thereby increasing their attractiveness as an employer and to attract young talent through targeted cooperation with universities in teaching formats.
Module 2: Learning to teach for practitioners
Target group: Specialists from the semiconductor and sensor industry

- Tips for starting teaching, teaching formats and student interaction

Our expert:
Our trainer Dr. Andreas Fleischmann studied computer science and education at the Technical University of Darmstadt and completed his doctorate in computer science at the Technical University of Munich. Since 2001, he has also worked as a university didactic lecturer and consultant. Today, he is one of the directors of the Institute for LifeLong Learning at TUM, where he is responsible for the "Educational Development and Technology" department.
The modules are free of charge and can be booked individually.
