Get-together in the exhibition

At the second networking congress of the Bavarian battery industry, experts from industry, research and the public sector met in Nuremberg to jointly shape the future of energy storage technologies. With the support of the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Energy and Regional Development, the congress provided a central platform for exchange, networking and the presentation of specific support services along the entire battery value chain.

We would like to thank all stakeholders and visitors for their input and the exciting discussions. We look forward to the further expansion of the network!

Our exhibiting companies/institutions 2026

The current transformation process, particularly in the automotive industry, requires far-reaching adjustments to value creation networks and the qualifications of current and future employees in the Bavarian battery ecosystem.

As a “battery competence trio,” the B³ Battery Education Network Bavaria (B3) is making a substantial contribution by providing tailor-made qualification concepts for industry, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and their employees throughout Bavaria.

The control of modern energy systems is complex. Systems with many generators, consumers and storage units (e.g. CHP units, large heat pumps, power-to-heat, electrolysers, heat and battery storage) require forward-looking, data-based decisions.

VK Energie offers a unique solution for optimizing complex energy systems. It uses AI, precise forecasting and digital twins to take into account relevant factors such as prices, costs and system conditions. Energy systems are controlled in such a way that they run optimally in technical, economic and ecological terms. Multi-market optimization enables additional revenue through flexible marketing.

VK Energie also has the right solution for battery storage systems. We support municipal utilities and system operators with the optimal operating strategy: from grid usage fee optimization and self-consumption maximization to multi-market optimization.

Operators benefit from smooth, transparent and economically optimized system operation. The systems are seamlessly integrated and proactively monitored 24/7 by our experienced team of engineers.

We also support the planning, construction and expansion of energy systems with simulations, profitability analyses and concepts for integrating renewable energies.

The family-run company KERAFOL® specializes in thermal management and technical ceramics. Thanks to our decades of experience and state-of-the-art process technology, we develop and manufacture high-quality technical products for various markets.

Whether products for thermal management, ceramic substrates, filter ceramics or electrolyte substrates for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC), KERAFOL® supports you in the decisive future technologies of tomorrow.

In line with the motto “KERAFOL® makes electronics cool”, Kerafol products have been used in electronic assemblies for many years, and the electrification of the drive train in the mobility sector has led to many other new areas of application. T

hanks to many years of experience in the field of polymer technology and working with ceramic fillers, our experts in R&D and application engineering develop high-performance, innovative and sustainable solutions, also on customer request.

By offering services such as prototype production and extensive consulting expertise in the field of material application (e.g. dispensing technology), we aim to provide customers with solution-oriented support and thus retain them in the long term.

Since 1979, Drei Bond GmbH from Ismaning near Munich has impressed the market as a one-stop supplier of cutting-edge industrial adhesives & sealants, dosing systems as complete solutions, and comprehensive engineering & after-sales services for the automotive industry, machine/plant construction as well as for all manufacturing companies worldwide. We accompany customers from planning, development and validation to series production process, and to contribute to the sustainable strengthening of their competitiveness.

As an experienced and independent engineering and consulting company, we specialize in photovoltaics, battery storage and e-charging parks. We support our customers from the initial idea through to implementation and offer individual solutions: sound energy consulting, customized concepts and quality assurance in all project phases.
We think in interdisciplinary terms: legally, technically and economically. This results in well thought-out overall solutions in which all components are optimally interlinked right from the start. The result: projects that are sensibly planned, approved and successfully implemented economically. Personal cooperation, clear agreements and long-term partnerships are our foundation.

Our customers include companies from trade and industry, municipal utilities and public clients as well as land and plant owners, project developers, citizens' energy cooperatives, but also investors and project-financing banks.
