A small Italian company based in the Trentino region has developed a thermal insulation technology for warehouses that allows the use of renewable energy to maintain a constant temperature in the hall. The temperature control system requires only the construction of new generation walls and roofs.

The Italian company is an innovative start-up, and deals with the development of active thermal insulation systems. It has developed a technology that makes it possible to maintain constant temperatures in halls through the use of renewable energy. The technology can be used in industry for the process of aging food or for logistic management.
The technology is an active thermal insulation system that allows the complete control of the indoor temperature and allows a use of renewable thermal energy (direct use of hydrothermal, geo-exchange, thermal energy storage systems, solar radiation) and/or thermal waste with a completely innovative approach. In a pilot project, tested in an industrial environment, it maintains the required conditions of constant temperature for 18 months.
The proposed solution is an active thermal insulation technology developed with the aim of producing a new generation of prefabricated elements for enveloping environments with near zero energy consumption.
The system is proposed as an alternative to conventional air-conditioning methods and promises other multiple benefits.

Wanted are partners from the prefabrication industry, service companies for geological activities and planning for construction in compliance with local regulations, and industrial partners, who will host the warehouse and use it in their processes.
