Developing joint solutions for the Industry 5.0 challenges facing managers - RECENTRE creatively discussed the digital, social and sustainable challenges and outlined possible approaches.
DEVELOPING JOINT SOLUTIONS - that was the motto of yesterday's RECENTRE workshop on the topic of "From hurdles to opportunities: leadership through transformation". After all, Industry 5.0 requires complex transformation processes that entail challenges. In Nuremberg, managers from a wide range of companies came together and developed concrete approaches and new ideas for their companies.
The most important lessons learned were
- Learning 1 - Perceiving crises as opportunities: Innovations arise when you are forced to find other ways.
- Learning 2 - Employees must not only be informed, but also involved, otherwise transformation remains "stuck".
- Learning 3 - Reliable network contacts help to establish alternative supply chains and it can be worth considering the use of alternative materials to replace existing raw materials.
