Bavaria's Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger has honored the 50 fastest-growing SMEs with the "Bavaria's Best 50" award: "With vision, innovative strength and tireless commitment, these companies ensure the economic strength and future viability of our state. They are role models of responsible entrepreneurship." Among the award winners are cluster partners Evosys Laser GmbH and XITASO GmbH IT & Software Solutions.

The competition is entering its twenty-fourth round this year. The Bavaria's Best 50 award is presented to the 50 most dynamic medium-sized companies in Bavaria. It honors companies that have achieved above-average growth in turnover and number of employees in recent years. The award winners, who are spread across all Bavarian administrative districts, were selected by an auditing company as an independent juror according to objective criteria on behalf of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs.
