The Materialica Award is the world's leading competition in the field of materials, design and technology and is held as part of eMove360° at Messe München.
Innovative products are presented to the public at the award. The award is located in the gap between classic design prizes and technology awards and can be entered in the categories "Material", "Product", "Process" and "CO2 Efficiency". Companies and private individuals such as students are eligible to participate and can win prize money of up to €1000.
