The OFF-GRID Expo + Conference (OEC) returns to Augsburg in 2025 - as Europe's only neutral trade fair and conference for off-grid energy supply and use.

The practice-oriented format combines an English-language conference, a diverse trade fair and interactive networking formats, bringing together leading minds, innovators and decision-makers from all over the world.

In 2023, the trade fair attracted around 60 exhibitors from 11 countries and 900 visitors from over 20 nations. Numerous delegations from the African continent took advantage of the OEC as part of an international information trip - guest groups for 2025 are already being planned.
Over 35 speakers from more than 15 countries shared their expertise in the conference program, making the OEC a true global knowledge hub.

For the first time, the OEC 2025 is under the patronage of Thorsten Glauber, Bavarian State Minister for the Environment and Consumer Protection.
Kenya, a pioneer in off-grid solutions with special expertise in renewable energies, sustainable development and innovative decentralized systems, will also enrich the event as the official guest country.

Bayern Innovativ GmbH will also be on site in 2025 with Prof. Dr. Oliver Mayer and the Energy and Construction Cluster.

The OEC offers a varied, interactive program for trade visitors:
