New partnership between Germany and India

The Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO) and the Institute of Textile Technology (ITA) at RWTH Aachen University are launching a collaboration in the fields of AI-assisted manufacturing, robotics and smart textiles. The aim is to promote talent exchange and build a sustainable Indo-German partnership.

The agreement was signed at the Tamil Nadu Rising Investment Conclave in Düsseldorf - with the participation of high-ranking representatives from politics and industry from both countries.

This cooperation connects Tamil Nadu's dynamic industry with Germany's cutting-edge research and aims to create an open innovation ecosystem. Support comes from the Tamil Nadu government and Guidance Tamil Nadu.
