The Mainfranken Start-up Fair in Würzburg was the leading trade fair for business start-ups, company succession and funding. Organized by the Würzburg-Schweinfurt Chamber of Industry and Commerce, it offered those interested in founding a company, start-ups and established companies insights into trends, funding opportunities and practical advice.

The fair covered topics ranging from state subsidies and grants to legal and financial issues. Experts were available for personal discussions on business concepts, contracts and terms and conditions.

As part of the nationwide start-up week, the fair combined regional networks with Germany-wide impulses for entrepreneurs and young founders. Around 130 participants held almost 400 discussions. The Creative Industries Innovation Network of Bayern Innovativ GmbH was represented with a stand. Project manager Katrin Wägemann (Patents and CE) from Bayern Innovativ GmbH gave a presentation on industrial property rights.

The start-up fair Mainfranken 2025 took place on November 18 at the IHK Würzburg-Schweinfurt.
