In its latest themed dossier, the Federal Government's Competence Center for Cultural and Creative Industries looks at the topic of growth and scaling. The topic is particularly interesting for entrepreneurs from the cultural and creative industries (CCIs) if they want to reach a larger audience with their ideas, products and services. In addition, growth and scaling enable long-term success, greater resilience in times of crisis and more time for the actual creation through a more efficient organization of work, production and development processes.
The dossier uses two scaling models to illustrate the diversity of activities in the NPP, presents various NPP-relevant growth and scaling strategies and uses case studies to illustrate the range of approaches used by entrepreneurs and the experiences they have made in the process.
