Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutz (BayLDA)

The Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) monitors compliance with data protection regulations (esp. DS-GVO, BDSG) in the non-public sector in Bavaria. 

Primarily, this concerns private commercial enterprises, clubs and associations, private clinics and non-public schools as well as freelancers. In the event of data protection issues and security incidents in the handling of personal data, the BayLDA is the first point of contact for these responsible parties. Data breach notifications can be easily and securely submitted online.
