Walcher Elektronik GmbH specializes in the development of static and dynamic  test systems. We offer holistic procedures for the   "condition monitoring" of machine tools and production plants.

Static and dynamic test systems

Since our foundation in 1980, we have been developing and manufacturing  prototypes and small series:

• dynamic calibration devices for machine tools 
• pneumatic/hydraulic pressure and volume flow
• measuring and control systems
• measuring devices for mobile use in demanding environments
• leakage testers for buildings

The focus of our projects is always on optimization for the customer-specific application. The modular design and scalability of our hardware and software allow easy integration even in heterogeneous environments. If special industry standards (e.g. KTA, MIL) are required, our systems are designed and qualified accordingly. The steadily increasing requirements in additive and machining manufacturing, and the resulting new possibilities and demands on measurement technology,  are an exciting environment in which we will continue to offer new and innovative solutions in the future.
