Powerlyze GmbH is a laboratory for environmental simulation, including temperature shock and climate change tests in its service portfolio, specializing in power electronic assemblies in the field of renewable energies and e-mobility.

Powerlyze GmbH is a test & inspection laboratory for electronic assemblies with a focus on power electronics. We offer our customers both standardized reliability tests from all areas of environmental simulation as well as test methods developed individually for specific requirements. Needs-based qualification routines are particularly important for innovative high-performance electronic modules with considerable differences in the thermal expansion coefficient in the multi-material structure. Especially with regard to highly accelerated processes, testing techniques are offered that are not only sustainably resource-efficient, but also enable a considerable reduction in development and qualification times. The service portfolio also includes material characterization and analysis.
