Capturing quality inline, evaluating it and making it available in processed form for production planning and control - these are the challenges we face for Industry 4.0.

The eye of Industry 4.0

With the help of our optical inline measurement technologies, such as thermal imaging cameras, laser scanners, color measurement or image processing systems, we record the geometry, color, temperature profile and other quality characteristics of the product. This data flows into our evaluation software. There, they are presented to the person responsible for production with current and consolidated historical data via a user interface and compared online with production and product specifications, statistically evaluated and processed and forwarded to PLC or production planning system. According to customer requirements, product changes are communicated to the system online or via a user interface, so that our evaluation system works with current data records at all times. A quality assessment is thus based on objective quality criteria, independent of times of day and days of the week, as well as verifiable with time stamp or, if necessary, barcode or batch number, and this verifiable at any time. Current projects:

• Plastic welding on airbag channel
• Complete color testing system for automotive
• Monitoring order of smallest oil quantities
• Inline quality monitoring of an injection molded component
