The expertise of Polymaterials lies in polymer chemistry and plastics processing. With many years of industry experience, we develop cost-effective material solutions for our customers. We can cover the entire innovation process, from the idea, to the laboratory, to scaling up in the pilot plant, to the production of test quantities on a ton scale. Our customers are corporations and large medium-sized companies that work with us to develop and use material innovations, as well as SMEs and start-ups that have us implement the scaling and process development for their new polymers.
We can offer our own material solutions for 3D printing, both new aqueous soluble support materials and specifically adapted construction materials. Our focus here is on the FDM process, for which we can provide granulates and filaments. Our X-Plorator technology puts us in a position to offer very broad compound screening.

Polymaterials specializes in polymer research and development, with broad expertise and unique processes. We have complete innovation chains for both new polymers (capacity 0.01 - 100 tons per year) and new compounds (screening of new formulations). Our specialty in 3D printing is the development of new polymers or the optimization of existing polymers, each tailored to the new requirements of these technologies.
