Information
The digital printing and manufacturing technologies used in Neotech AMT's systems enable the production of mechatronic systems, with the equipment portfolio covering the R & D to series production range and rounded off by customized machines. The patented 45X system, for example, is geared to high-volume production, while systems from the PJ15X line are used in laboratories and product development for prototypes. The main application areas include automotive, mobile communications, industrial and medical electronics. Recent developments to combine 3D PE with classical 3D printing processes enable fully additive manufacturing of mechatronic systems. The components are made of thermoplastics, resins or ceramics and the electrical functionalization is realized by printed conductive paths and the pick&place of discrete electronic components on and also within the component.

Profile
Neotech AMT GmbH develops and manufactures systems for 3D printed electronics (3D PE). In this process, application-specific different manufacturing technologies are integrated in multi-axis systems together with the corresponding CAD/CAM software in order to combine the advantages of printed electronics with conventional electronic components and increasingly additively manufactured structures or substrates.
