Information

We, Additive Elements GmbH, are a service provider in the field of 3D printing and use self-developed materials. The technology behind our materials is a further development of conventional binder jetting. We call the process Thermal Liquid Curing (TLC). The advantages of this technology are a large build space of 850x450x480mm³, a high part resolution of about 100µm without thermal distortion and 100% powder circulation at a high and cost effective productivity. Currently we offer through our service the materials AE12+ and AE21 (based on PMMA). AE12+: Tensile strength 20MPa, low porosity, white. Post-processing: painting. Applications: Illustrative models, design and art AE21: tensile strength 40MPa, no porosity, slightly greenish. Finishing: chemical smoothing, varnishing. Applications: Enclosures, prototypes and fixture construction

Profile

Additive Elements has pushed previous boundaries of 3D printing and further developed binder jetting technology. The novel TLC process fully exploits the potential of highly productive machines. With the PMMA-based AE12+ and AE21 material systems, it is now possible to produce large components faster, more cost-effectively and more productively than before, which are offered in an on-demand service.
