Wolfgang Gammel is Managing Director of Helsing, a deep-tech company in the security and defense sector. As Managing Director of Helsing Germany GmbH, he is responsible for the company's activities in Germany.

Before joining Helsing, Mr. Gammel held various management positions at Airbus and Eurofighter GmbH. Before joining the management board in November 2024, he was Chief Operating Officer and interim CEO of Eurofighter GmbH.

Mr. Gammel holds a Master's degree in Production Engineering from the University of Bremen and is an Industrial Fellow of the National Defense University in Washington DC. He served as a regular soldier in the Air Force and is an active reserve officer.
